Return Policy

According to the laws of Ukraine, lingerie is not subject to return. For exchange, we accept goods of proper quality within 14 days from the moment you received your order, at the expense of the final recipient. The following conditions must be met for exchanging a product: the item must not have been used, the original appearance of the product and packaging must be preserved. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept goods that do not meet these requirements, but we always strive to accommodate our customers. If you discover a defect in the product or have received different lingerie (size, color, model), we will exchange it at the expense of the brand.
