Delivery and Payment

We offer the following order option on our website:

if the selected model of lingerie, clothing, or accessories is in stock, order processing takes up to 4 business days from the moment of placement and payment. After that, the order will be shipped to the provided address.

Orders are accepted only upon full prepayment. We collaborate with the payment system Fondy, which guarantees the complete security and anonymity of your banking information. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. Additionally, orders can be paid through the PayPal payment system. After making the payment, you will receive an email to the provided email address confirming your order and an estimated shipping date.

For orders within Ukraine, delivery is carried out through Nova Poshta with payment upon receipt of the order, according to the company's tariffs. After your order is shipped, we will send you an email to the provided email address with the tracking number for your package. International delivery is done through Ukr Poshta, Nova Poshta, or Nova Poshta door-to-door service to the specified address you provided during the order (Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Moldova, Romania).

The cost and delivery time depend on the destination country. After your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your package. Please note that delivery to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Russia, and Belarus is not available.

Please note that the delivery time is applicable only to business days, excluding weekends, national holidays, as well as force majeure circumstances.

The processing time for orders is up to 4 business days.
